BestDrive South Africa – a global full-service tyre fitment centre brand – needed an “always-on” digital agency to help manage its South African social media presence, to help convert online queries into sales and to avert any negative online customer service experiences.
With upwards of 3-million social media users reached by BestDrive SA monthly, GNL ensured that comments and queries to the brand’s social media pages were responded to timeously, professionally, and were flagged with the relevant BestDrive customer service member to help translate any online queries into sales for the brand’s many dealers around the country.
Along with managing hundreds of social media queries a month, GNL also ensured that the brand’s social media pages remained current by crafting and loading engaging, fresh content to them weekly.
Since 2019, GNL has assisted with the content creation, community management and general management of the social media pages for BestDrive South Africa. They have worked closely with our brand ambassadors, other service providers, and our in-house team to execute the South African pages’ overall brand strategy.
